Description: This layer contains all of the previous years' issued residential building permits, which are joined to Loudoun County, VA's corporate address point layer. It starts in 2010 and goes to the year previous to the current Residential Permit layer (Year to Date). Each building permit location also identifies a number of geographic location values, including Planning Districts, School Zones, Zipcodes,Towns, etc. that are included in the monthly Residential PermitsTrends and Place Report prepared by the Loudoun County Demographer. It also contains the related building permit information, including permit #, address, unit type, etc.
