This is a weighted estimation of actual wetland presence based on wetland characteristics. This model predicts pre-development wetlands only and does not take into account changes either permitted by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) or the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ). Post development wetlands will be evaluated in the future.
