2222 West 2300 South
1. Loudoun County scanned the contact prints using a HP scanjet 7400c. The images were scanned in grayscale to TIFF format at 600 dpi. 2. The digital image files were then georeferenced to the 2005 1' Panchromatic DO of the County. 3. The georeferenced files were mosaicked, using histogram matching techniques to correct color differences and improve the aesthetic quality of the data. 4. The mosaic is clipped according to a 50 foot buffer of the county. 5. The final mosaic is in TIFF format with an ESRI compatible world file.
