Title: Overpasses of Eastern Loudoun Transportation Study of 2012
Geospatial_Data_Presentation_Form: vector digital data
Description:
Abstract:
This dataset provides the locations of traffic bottleneck roads within the Eastern Loudoun Transportation Study area. The Eastern Loudoun Area is defined as the area east of Route 659 and Route 659 Relocated from the Potomac River on the north, Prince William County to the south and Fairfax County to the east.
Purpose:
The Eastern Loudoun Transportation Study was initiated by the Board of Supervisors in January 2012. It's purpose was to provide information relating to the Countywide Transportation Plan (CTP) road network to include: 1) network deficiences; 2) missing links; 3) cost estimates to build the interim condition; 4) development proffers/conditions related to the missing links and network deficiences; 5) the proffer/condition triggers; 6) right of way availability; and 7) potential funding sources if the projects are not funded wholly or in part through proffers/conditions.
Supplemental_Information:
Data are stored in the corporate ArcSDE Geodatabase as a line feature class. The coordinate system is Virginia State Plane (North), Zone 4501, datum NAD83 HARN (vertical datum, if applicable, NAVD88), US Survey foot units.

Attribute_Accuracy_Report:
Retention of attribute accuracy throughout the personal geodatabase or shapefile to ArcSDE geodatabase feature class coversion process was ensured by a manual or automatic QA/QC programmatic check. To meet satisfactory QA/QC requirements the input coverage and output feature class must have, on a record by record basis, identical attribution when comparing all concatenated fields to all the user-defined attribution.
Logical_Consistency_Report: Topologically clean
Positional_Accuracy:
Horizontal_Positional_Accuracy:
Horizontal_Positional_Accuracy_Report:
Retention of coordinate accuracy throughout the personal geodatabase or shapefile to ArcSDE geodatabase feature class conversion process was ensured by a manual or automatic QA/QC programmatic check. To meet satisfactory QA/QC requirements the input coverage and output feature class must have the same record total, and on a record by record basis, area, perimeter, and length differential of less than +/- 0.5%.
