This feature class identifies all of the fire hydrants in the town of Round Hill, VA. It also identifies the year, manufacturer & street location of each hydrant.
Fire hydrants in Round Hill were collected to complete the town fire hydrant data collection. They can be used in town related planning projects to map the present infrastructure of the town.
Data are stored in the corporate ArcSDE Geodatabase as a point feature class. The coordinate system is Virginia State Plane (North), Zone 4501, datum NAD83 HARN (vertical datum, if applicable, NAVD88), US Survey foot units.

GPS collection of all existing fire hydrants in the town of Hamilton with Trimble GPS unit over a three day period. GPS data dictionary created & used to collect targeted attribute values for each feature type collected.
